What is Gio Saverino’s exchange/return policy?

Exchanged or returned item must comply with our policy:

– Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

– Footwear must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

– When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipped within 4 (four) to 10 (ten) working days starting from the delivered date of the merchandise or otherwise stated in the Product Page.

If merchandise is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost.

Some items cannot be returned due to sale program, special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.

How do I exchange/return an item I purchased?

1. Call our Customer Service Team

    Our Customer Service Team will gladly help you with your exchanges/returns.

2. Send your item to us

    Stick our Return Shipping Label on your returned package and send it to our office.

Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.
